Here is a cheat to access a full server on Club Penguin.
- Log into Club penguin
- Click on a full server
- An orange box telling you it is full should appear
- Press TAB until the yellow box highlights the word “Okay”
- Hit ENTER
- Be sure to let your penguin fully load
