* The top tab on the right is for clothing and accessories and things called pins and backgrounds.<br />
* If you don’t own any items, you won’t see any listed. If you are a member, you can buy items with the coins you earn.<br />
2. Buy penguin items. If you are a member, you can spend your coins to buy items or furniture for your penguin.<br />
* To buy clothing and accessories, go into the Gift Shop or Sport Shop and click on the catalog(in the bottom right hand corrner. Click on ‘Buy’ in the catalog for the item you wish to purchase. When you buy an item, it gets added to your inventory shown on the player card.<br />
* Rare Items: these can be purchased on the Pirate Ship (The Migrator). It arrives in Club Penguin every two months and stays for up to two weeks. To purchase an item(and there is a free item (you don&#8217;t have to be a member to get the free item)) , click the catalog on the bottom right of the screen. Rare items include clothing and furniture.<br />
* Your penguin will not automatically wear the item you purchased. You must edit (or customize) your penguin to wear your new clothing(to do this you must either click on the star in the bottom next to the chat bar or click on your penguin).<br />
3. Earn more coins. <a href="http://www.club--penguin.com/">Club Penguin</a> has within it several ‘mini’ games that allow you to earn coins. Learn more about Penguin Coins.<br />
* Some games, like Ice Fishing, are one-player games. This means that you can play these games by yourself. Other games, like Find Four, are multi-player games, meaning you play them with other penguins.<br />
4. Get your igloo in order. Every player gets an igloo to call home. To go to your igloo, click the house icon on the right of your toolbar.<br />
5. Buy furniture. Once in your igloo, you can buy and move furniture. To buy new igloo furnishings or move items you already own, you must be in edit mode. (Note: You must be a member to purchase items).<br />
6. Select edit mode: click the tape measure on the bottom right. In edit mode you can purchase furniture and decorate your igloo.<br />
* To view furniture: click storage box on right of screen.<br />
* To buy furniture:(you can also go to the pet shop or in the back of the sports catalog for furniture) click the blue catalog on the right of your screen. Select the item you want to buy and click ‘yes’. Purchased items are automatically added to storage. The coins will be removed from your account.<br />
* To place items: open storage, choose item and click the area you want it placed. To remove an item from your igloo, select the item and click outside the igloo frame (or press delete on your keyboard). Items will automatically be placed back in storage.<br />
* To move items: select item and click where you want to place it.<br />
* To rotate items: click item and use left and right arrow keys on your keyboard. The up and down keys alter items in different ways. For instance, the up arrow will fill the garbage can, while the down arrow will empty it. Use up and down arrows with different items to see what they do(sometimes you have to push left and right arrow keys to alter the item for example: the koi pond will change from fish to no fish to fish in ice when you push the left and right arrow keys).<br />
o Important: You must get out of edit mode in order to exit your igloo or move around or talk, and to save your changes. To get out of edit mode, click the floppy disk this time.<br />
7. Use the map to exit your igloo. If you walk to the door, the map will open automatically.<br />
8. Get more currency. Club Penguin Coins are your currency for buying stuff. You earn coins by playing games inside Club Penguin. There are many different games to choose from: Mancala, Hydro Hopper, Astro Barrier, Bean Counters, Sled Racing, Puffle Roundup and more. Playing any of these games will earn you coins.<br />
* Coins cannot be purchased with real money, only earned within the game.<br />
* Coins cannot be transferred from penguin to penguin.<br />
* When you buy items, coins will automatically be deducted from your penguin account, and the item will be added to your inventory. Only members can spend their coins on whatever they want non members dont relly need coins except to save (if they become a member eventually).<br />
9. Read the paper. Every week (on thursday) there is a new edition of The Penguin Times newspaper. You can read the paper by clicking on the icon at the top left of your screen.(hint: it looks like a newspaper hahahahaha)<br />
* You can see when another penguin is reading the paper.<br />
* You cannot talk to other people while reading the paper, and if you talk to someone who is reading the paper, they will not see what you said.<br />
* If you would like to submit a poem, riddle, joke, or comic strip to the newspaper, open the paper and click on “We need you!” in the top left corner. Then follow the instructions there.<br />
* To view old newspaper editions go to the Boiler Room and click the top drawer of the filing cabinet. The Penguin Times keeps eight previous publications available at a time.<br />
10. Keep the site safe. As an agent, an important part of your job is to keep Club Penguin safe. One way you do this is by reporting bad penguins to a moderator.<br />
* To apply for the secret agent program, click the ‘M’ on the top right corner of your screen. Then, click the “Become a Secret Agent” button. Next, read ‘Your Mission’ carefully, and follow the application instructions.<br />
* Not everyone who applies will be accepted. If you are accepted, you will receive a spy phone it will appear on the bottom left side of your screen and it will look like a blue walkey-talkey<br />
* You can use your spy phone to visit the HQ and other rooms in Club Penguin by clicking the phone icon on the bottom left side of your screen.<br />
* To navigate with your phone, click on the left side scroll bar or on the spy phone screen to find the room you want to visit. Once the room you want to visit appears on the spy phone screen, click “Teleport” to go there. To visit the HQ, click the button “Visit HQ” and you will automatically be teleported to this secret location.<br />
* Agents are given special missions from time to time. They can be found in the HQ. To accept a mission, go to the HQ and click on the green computer looking thing located at the bottom right of your screen.<br />
* To complete any mission, agents will be required to complete a series of tasks, solve problems and puzzles by using their spy tools, agent experience and knowledge of Club Penguin.<br />
* Agents who complete each mission will be rewarded. Rewards will vary depending on the nature (what you did in the mission) of the mission.<br />
* Missions are periodically updated.<br />
11. Get a puffle. Puffles are small, round, furry creatures that were first discovered in the early part of 2006.<br />
* These friendly little creatures make great pets because of their loyalty and friendliness.<br />
12. Collect the 6 different types of Puffles, each with a different personality.<br />
* Blue Puffles are mild tempered and content. Their favorite toy is a ball. Blue Puffles are special because anyone in Club Penguin can adopt them.<br />
* Pink Puffles are very active and cheery. They love to excercise by jumping rope or playing on their trampolines.<br />
* Black Puffles are known to be a little mischievious and off tempered. However, they love to play, turning into fire and make a great pet for anyone who likes a little bit more personality.<br />
* Green Puffles are very energetic and playful. They like to clown around on their unicycles or play with their propeller caps.<br />
* Purple Puffles are lots of fun to have around. They enjoy blowing bubbles and are terrific dancers, but they can be a bit fussy, especially at mealtime.<br />
* Red puffles are lots of fun. they enjoy bowling and can be adopted by anyone in Club Penguin!<br />
13. Adopt a Puffle. Puffles can be adopted in the Pet Shop (located in the Plaza).<br />
* Click on the red catalog on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Click ‘Adopt’ in the catalog for the puffle of your choice. When you adopt your puffle, you get to choose a name for him/her.<br />
* Members can buy up to ten puffles of any color.<br />
* Non-members can buy only 2 puffles. (the red and the blue ones).<br />
* Once you&#8217;ve adopted your puffle, he/she will be waiting for you in your igloo to come take care of it.<br />

14. Go to the tour booth, located in the Ski Village.<br />
15. Click the tour booth.<br />

17. Click it. Your penguin must be 45 days or over.<br />
18. You will have to do a quiz,if you pass that quiz you will receive a tour guide hat,wave with only the tour hat on and your penguin should hold up a tours here sign.</p>
